SSI Scuba Diver Course

The SSI Scuba Diver course is a shorter and more accessible version of the Open Water Diver, designed for those who want to start diving quickly, safely and with less time available.

The main reason to choose Scuba Diver over Open Water Diver is flexibility and speed. This course only covers part of the Open Water content, allowing the student to obtain an initial certification in less time. It is ideal for those who:

– There are few days available
– Do you want to try diving before investing in a full course?
– Prefer to always dive accompanied by a professional

Upon completing Scuba Diver, the diver is qualified to dive up to 12 meters deep, always under the supervision of a professional, which guarantees safety and confidence even with less experience.

Medical questionnaire completed with yes or no answers. all question must have a NO answer, otherwise a medical statement will be required stating that you're able to do the activity.

Do not travel by plane as soon as the dive is over (It is recommended not to fly 24 hours after the last dive)

We did the "Try Scuba Diving" as a family and was a great experience, the area we dived down to was really interesting. Saw lots of different fish and our instructor took some great vidoes of us. Felt safe and looked after throughout our visit which really helped make it a good experience.

Mi hermano y yo hicimos una inmersión simple desde la orilla con Andrés. Pudimos ver dos tortugas marinas, una intentó mordernos unas cuantas veces pero fue divertido. Andrés fue muy amable y se preocupó mucho por nosotros durante la inmersión. Muy buena visibilidad y el equipo genial.

It was an amazing experience! As a first-time diver, I was quite nervous at the beginning, but the instructor explained everything very clearly and stayed with me throughout the whole dive. After a few minutes I felt much more comfortable underwater. Seeing a Caretta caretta turtle was crazy!
